We're using Boxie24 to store our extra items after our move, and they were quick, responsive and professional even with some last-minute changes on our end and two separate pickups. Michael was our main contact and did a great job! So we had to help unload and move the furniture ourselves. The driver was also very late due to problems with the truck's battery. The driver apologized for this but heard nothing from the company itself. No apology or reimbursement for the costs because we had to help ourselves.

It was great that they came to pick up the items, especially considering they were large items. The storage and pickup prices are low, but the service is excellent. First, Martijn was very helpful over the phone with my situation, then during the pickup, the men were friendly and careful with my belongings, and finally, Michael called the next day to check if everything had gone well.
