Yes, you can also make an appointment with us for self-delivery or self-pickup at our facility.
 Where is the storage facility located?
Your items are always stored in our storage facility that is closest to your home or business. At BOXIE24 we operate one central storage facility per city, which enables us to offer you the most attractive rental rates on the market.

With our pick up service, you don’t need to worry about going to the storage facility yourself! We’ll come right to your door, pick up your items, store them in the closest facility, and bring them back to you within 24 hours. It’s all part of our service, so you can sit back and let us handle the heavy lifting!

If you prefer to drop off or pick up your items yourself, our storage specialists will provide you with the exact location of the storage facility and we can welcome you there.
Is the storage facility climate-controlled?
Yes, all our storage facilities are climate-controlled to ensure dry and safe storage - also for sensitive materials.

Yes, our storage facilities are fully secured by the following means:

Can I deliver items to the storage facility myself?
Yes, that is possible. Please make an appointment with us for self-delivery.
 Can I add items to my storage space?
Yes, you can add items to your storage space at any time. Just schedule an appointment with us and we will pick up and store the extra items for you. If it does not fit into your current storage plan, we will simply upgrade it for you. When you store less items again, your plan will be downgraded accordingly. You only pay for the storage space you actually use.
 Can I get my items back whenever I need them?
Yes, you can always get your items back. Usually, we can provide delivery within 24 hours. You can also make an appointment at our facility to come and pick up the items yourself.

How many boxes fit in a BOXIE24 mini storage unit?

One of our 2’x5’x8’ mini units will hold a lot of your stuff, but to give you a better idea, that equates to 24 16”x12.5”x12.5” cardboard boxes. That’s a lot of boxes and you’ll still have some room left over for some sporting goods – and this is only our smallest unit.

If you like eco-friendly boxes, our 23.6”x15.7”x14.5” boxes are very sturdy and great for keeping your personal items protected from accidents. You can fit 18 of our eco-friendly boxes in one of our mini units!

How do I know how much stuff I can store in a mini unit?

To give you an idea of ​​how much you can store in one of our mini units, you should consider a small closet; however, that can vary depending on how your stuff is distributed. We could also tell you to consider how many boxes you can carry in a car, but here, we would have a “dimensions” issue. The truth is simple:

If your car is a Coupe model, you will not be able to carry more than 8 cardboard boxes, so you would need to make several trips if you wanted to store more.

If your car is a Hatchback or Sedan model, you could fit 10 boxes into your car, and you could make a single trip.

If you have an SUV or Pick Up, you could carry the 24 cardboard boxes in just one trip.

But at BOXIE24, we know it is always best to have a clear idea of ​​the space dimensions, and measuring is always the best way to plan what you want to store.
