Do I always have access to the storage facility?
Yes, you can also make an appointment with us for self-delivery or self-pickup at our facility.
 Where is the storage facility located?
Your items are always stored in our storage facility that is closest to your home or business. At BOXIE24 we operate one central storage facility per city, which enables us to offer you the most attractive rental rates on the market.

With our pick up service, you don’t need to worry about going to the storage facility yourself! We’ll come right to your door, pick up your items, store them in the closest facility, and bring them back to you within 24 hours. It’s all part of our service, so you can sit back and let us handle the heavy lifting!

If you prefer to drop off or pick up your items yourself, our storage specialists will provide you with the exact location of the storage facility and we can welcome you there.
Is the storage facility climate-controlled?
Yes, all our storage facilities are climate-controlled to ensure dry and safe storage - also for sensitive materials.
 Is the storage facility secure?
Yes, our storage facilities are fully secured by the following means:
1) 24/7 camera surveillance
2) Alarm system
3) Smoke detectors
4) Access only for authorized personnel
Can I deliver items to the storage facility myself?
Yes, that is possible. Please make an appointment with us for self-delivery.
 Can I add items to my storage space?
Yes, you can add items to your storage space at any time. Just schedule an appointment with us and we will pick up and store the extra items for you. If it does not fit into your current storage plan, we will simply upgrade it for you. When you store less items again, your plan will be downgraded accordingly. You only pay for the storage space you actually use.
 Can I get my items back whenever I need them?
Yes, you can always get your items back. Usually, we can provide delivery within 24 hours. You can also make an appointment at our facility to come and pick up the items yourself.

Capacity for many things in your home or business belongings

A 5’x10’x8’ unit (400 cubic feet, 50 square feet) is small; we can say it fits the contents of a standard room, the queen-size bed with its mattress, a dresser, a large television, a portable air conditioner, a trunk, the contents of the closet stored in several boxes with space left over.

In this 5x10 unit, you can store 60 large boxes of 24”x18”x18”, and you would need, at least, to rent a Cargo Van to move all those boxes in one trip.

Do you need more space for your business inventory?

Our 5x10 unit is perfect for storing boxes of documents and invoices from previous years and filing cabinets and furniture.

Will you be placing larger orders this season and don't have enough space in your own facilities? This unit is perfect for you to store new inventory you won't be using immediately.

The flexibility you need to increase and reduce

Do you need a larger unit for a while because of an event at your home or a season at your business? Our solution gives you the flexibility to upgrade to more space or reduce it as demand decreases.

Pickup and return service

Our solution is designed to make things easier for you, so you don't have to worry about moving your things around the city. After all, if you are going to get the most out of your 5x5 unit and store 20 or 30 large 24”x18”x18” boxes or up to 60 small 16”x12.5”x12.5” boxes, you most likely won't do it in a regular car without making many trips.
