At Boxie24 we rely on contactless delivery and contactless collection - for your protection and that of our employees. Your health and safety are important to us. We want you to feel as safe as possible when you work with us in times of COVID-19. Regardless of whether it is for collection or return delivery - with us it is 100% contactless. 100% contactless? Yes, this means that there is no direct contact between you and the delivery driver:

  • Mask & distance: Our employees wear face masks and only take them off if they can keep a distance of 1.5-2m from you
  • Contactless payment: Payment is completely contactless by specifying your preferred payment method online at the time of booking.
  • No shaking hands: We refrain from contact to greet or say goodbye
  • Own writing materials: Our employees use their own writing materials

Please help us to implement a 100% contactless service:

  • Wash hands: Please give our employees the opportunity to wash their hands with soap
  • Your own writing materials: Please use your own writing materials to sign the handover protocol
  • No helpers: Please make sure that no other people apart from your household are present during the appointment

Every box has a volume of 67 liters and a size of 60 x 40 x 37 cm.

How much is the pick-up?

The pick-up is free of charge up to a storage size of 5' x 10' from the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and from buildings with elevators. For all other jobs we charge a small pick-up fee.

Do you also pick-up outside of the city area?

We do pick up outside of the city. Please reach out to us for an individual offer.

Would you like to change your pick-up appointment?

You can always cancel a pick-up appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Please note that we have to charge a cancellation fee for appointments that are being cancelled on short notice. Less than 48 hours in advance: 50% of one month’s rent. Less than 24 hours in advance: 100% of one month’s rent.

Please provide us with all relevant information on your return, e.g. detailed description of items for partial return, parking situation, name on the doorbell etc).
