At BOXIE24 we rely on contactless delivery and contactless collection – for your protection and that of our employees. Your health and safety are important to us. We want you to feel as safe as possible when you work with us in times of COVID-19. Regardless of whether it is for collection or return delivery – with us it is 100% contactless. 100% contactless? Yes, this means that there is no direct contact between you and the delivery driver:

• Mask & distance: Our employees wear face masks and only take them off if they can keep a distance of 1.5 m-2 m from you
• Contactless payment: Payment is completely contactless by specifying your preferred payment method online at the time of booking.
• No shaking hands: We refrain from contact to greet or say goodbye
• Own writing materials: Our employees use their own writing materials

Please help us to implement a 100% contactless service:

• Wash hands: Please give our employees the opportunity to wash their hands with soap
• Your own writing materials: Please use your own writing materials to sign the handover protocol
• No helpers: Please make sure that no other people apart from your household are present during the appointment
