We're using Boxie24 to store our extra items after our move, and they were quick, responsive and professional even with some last-minute changes on our end and two separate pickups. Michael was our main contact and did a great job! For the movers themselves, they were careful and conscientious, and we watched them wrap up all our stuff very carefully before loading it, which made us feel very comfortable. Note - when contacting the main office, send an email or call vs. trying to contact through the website form, it's usually faster 🙂

Less satisfied with the return delivery. Only one person came to return the furniture; the other was ill. So we had to help unload and move the furniture ourselves.
The driver was also very late due to problems with the truck's battery. The driver apologized for this but heard nothing from the company itself. No apology or reimbursement for the costs because we had to help ourselves.

Due to circumstances, I had to store some things. They were picked up promptly on the agreed-upon date. This time, I needed a small portion, and after a phone call with Michael, it was delivered promptly. I highly recommend Boxie24 to anyone who needs storage.

It was great that they came to pick up the items, especially considering they were large items. The storage and pickup prices are low, but the service is excellent. First, Martijn was very helpful over the phone with my situation, then during the pickup, the men were friendly and careful with my belongings, and finally, Michael called the next day to check if everything had gone well. Excellent service!

Boxie24 what a good experience….highly recommended guys…..everything was organized by Micheal in a meticolous way….actually a lot of thanks to Micheal cuz i know that yesterday was a busy day for them,but Micheal did his best to fit my pick up by the end of the day and gave me the chance to respect my deadline…..

I had a great experience with BOXI24! They responded to my online request quickly. Whenever I had a question I phoned or emailed them and Michael, who I spoke to, was super helpful. They are really well priced for their pick up and store service and when they came to collect my furniture I had a lot of goods but their team had the truck packed in 30/40 minutes. I had taken off work to move and because they were so quick and on time I only landed up needing a half day. So that was a bonus.
