Overall, the service was good. They picked up and returned my things quickly, and everything arrived in good condition. Moreover, Michael from the team was very polite and helpful when arranging the service. The only downside was the long time slots for pickup and delivery (9:00–17:00), which made it hard to plan my day. The price isn’t the cheapest, but the service itself was reliable.

Yes, you can also make an appointment with us for self-delivery or self-pickup at our facility.

Where is the storage facility located?

Your items are always stored in our storage facility that is closest to your home or business. At BOXIE24 we operate one central storage facility per city, which enables us to offer you the most attractive rental rates on the market.

With our pick up service, you don’t need to worry about going to the storage facility yourself! We’ll come right to your door, pick up your items, store them in the closest facility, and bring them back to you within 24 hours. It’s all part of our service, so you can sit back and let us handle the heavy lifting!

If you prefer to drop off or pick up your items yourself, our storage specialists will provide you with the exact location of the storage facility and we can welcome you there.

Is the storage facility climate-controlled?

Yes, all our storage facilities are climate-controlled to ensure dry and safe storage - also for sensitive materials.

Is the storage facility secure?

Yes, our storage facilities are fully secured by the following means:
1) 24/7 camera surveillance
2) Alarm system
3) Smoke detectors
4) Access only for authorized personnel

Can I deliver items to the storage facility myself?

Yes, that is possible. Please make an appointment with us for self-delivery.

Can I add items to my storage space?

Yes, you can add items to your storage space at any time. Just schedule an appointment with us and we will pick up and store the extra items for you. If it does not fit into your current storage plan, we will simply upgrade it for you. When you store less items again, your plan will be downgraded accordingly. You only pay for the storage space you actually use.

Can I get my items back whenever I need them?

Yes, you can always get your items back. Usually, we can provide delivery within 24 hours. You can also make an appointment at our facility to come and pick up the items yourself.

* If you rent up to 4m² of storage space, we will collect your belongings from the ground floor for FREE. If you rent more than 4m² or live on a higher floor, we will charge you a small collection fee. The fee depends on the size of the storage space and the floor.

If we are unable to handle a request at short notice ourselves, we also have a broad network of transport partners that we can rely on. In this case, additional costs may arise, which we will point out when preparing the offer.
