It was a pleasant experience. Once Michael had carefully and patiently answered all my questions and the reservation was finalized, everything went very smoothly. I received a call 45 minutes before pickup, and everything was neatly packed away. It was also nice to receive an email confirmation immediately after my belongings were stored. A phone call the next day to check if everything went well was also appreciated. You can tell Boxie24 is very service-oriented.

I had a great experience with Boxie service. I am an expat living in the Netherlands so sometimes moving is a bit challenging and hard if you are living alone. I needed to store my furniture and some boxes as I am in between houses before my new flat is finished. I did not want to sell everything so this option was great and very convenient. Moving team gave me clear instructions about packing and checked-in to make sure that everything is going well. Also they provided advice about the size of the storage unit, as I had no idea how much space I would need. They came on time, fully prepared and wrapped everything up in around 20 minutes for a storage size of 5m. What was the most important for me: all the advice as I do not have experience in moving stuff, have reliable service in the agreed time slot (which sometimes is a lot to ask from different companies unfortunately), and not have to worry about anything and carry heavy objects. The only small downside for me is that the payment period is 4 weeks, not just a regular month, so it makes it a bit weird with the payments, but honestly, the quality of the service is good enough that I am not much bothered with that. Also, I had some additional questions about the return of the items and Michael was kind enough to answer all of them and check in. Generally, if I will need to move again, I would definitely choose boxie again just because it saved me a lot of stress and brain space for all the other moving connected tasks that I had to organize.
