I have used their service for several months. They have picked up my stuff stored it for six months and I have recently received it in perfect condition. The guy loading the unloading the truck were extremely quick and professional. This standard goes beyond the in person service I have been in touch with Micheal, who always replied quickly and made sure to offer the best options available.
The guys were nice and had everything done quickly! There were some loose clothes bags that weren’t allowed to go in the storage, because it’s not stable, but that was on me for not checking properly and in the end they still took some stuff that were stable enough so that was also really nice.
The two movers that came to meet me were very professional and moved all my items from another storage unit into their BOXIE24 trucks to transport to their warehouse. The items were wrapped up well and they handled my furniture with care, they also packed it well and secured it so the items would be protected. I look forward to working with them further on my storage needs.
