Great service, first day phone call with confirmation, second day friendly staff arrived and picked up out items. Fast and reliable service!

Picking up my furniture went very smoothly. Jeremy and Nino called ahead to let me know what time they would arrive and arrived promptly, as agreed. They helped me unplug my washing machine and carefully loaded all my belongings into their van. It's a smart move by Boxie24 to also offer a pickup and delivery service, as this service puts them ahead of many competitors.

I called on Thursday and everything was picked up by the following Monday. Michael answered my emails quickly, even at 11 p.m. It was great that it was picked up and the service was excellent.

, but I needed something from my storage unit. That was also arranged quickly. I made an appointment on-site, and upon arrival, all the boxes were ready. I was able to immediately grab the right box and was out in no time. Truly perfectly organized.

Another thing I appreciate is the excellent price-quality ratio. Compared to other providers, Boxie24 offers more service for a lower price. The website is also very user-friendly, and the configurator is especially helpful, as it allows you to quickly and accurately estimate how much space you need.

In short: fantastic service, good prices, and everything perfectly organized. Absolutely fantastic!

Very fast pick up and nice and respectful workers

The guys were nice and had everything done quickly! There were some loose clothes bags that weren’t allowed to go in the storage, because it’s not stable, but that was on me for not checking properly and in the end they still took some stuff that were stable enough so that was also really nice.

I chose Boxie24 because they pick up and return your items, which makes everything so much easier. At the time I was also moving which was super stressful, so having everything sorted last minute took a huge weight off my shoulders. The customer service was also great! Micheal was super helpful the whole way through and whenever I had questions they were immediately answered over the phone! Would definitely recommend!

Jorg and his team were very helpful. However, communication with their office wasn't great. Prices are excluding VAT, which you only find out later. 5 stars for the delivery team.
