  2. What about discounts in combination with early cancellation? In case you have received an unjustified discount, this will be settled on your last invoice.

  3. What are your opening hours? Our service desk is opened Monday till Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00 and on Sunday between 11:00 and 17:00.

  4. Do I have access? You can get yourself a card which allows you to have access 7 days a week between 06:00 and 23:00.

  5. How do I cancel? Send an e-mail to nl.info@boxie24.com or call us.

  6. Are there any cancellation costs? No, we don’t have cancellation costs. We do have a 2 weeks cancellation period and a minimum storage term of 1 month.

  7. Where are you located? Our facility is located on the Van Marwijk Kooystraat 5 in Amsterdam-Zuid.

  8. Could you pick up my belongings? If you stay longer than 3 months, we can arrange a free pick-up of your belongings from ground floor or if there is an elevator available. Everything else is always negotiable.
