I used this service for the first time recently, so was a little apprehensive about the process. Especially as I needed help moving bulky stuff down a staircase from the second floor. Ended up having a really good experience, from the consistent communication with Michael, to the efficient moving and transporting with Jeremy and Lorenzo (great guys, professional but also funny, which really helps the mood). I have a three month arrangement for now, will update my remarks further at the end of the duration :) A special thanks once again to Jeremy & Lorenzo ✨️

Second time booking BOXIE24 after a great experience last time moving from Rotterdam to Amsterdam. Great communication, competitive pricing especially as they pick up your boxes. Highly recommend!

After moving to Amsterdam we needed not only additional storage but help with moving items (furniture, large boxes) down the stairs. Boxie24 helped us with all for the best prices I could find.

I've used Boxie24 multiple times throughout my time in unversity. Despite some complications that naturally arise while moving, I would definitely recommend Boxie24. One of the main reasons for this is the impeccable help that was provided to us consistently by Michael. He was super kind, patient, available, and proactive. As such, he solved every issue that came up without making it feel like a nuisance. This played a huge role in my decision to reuse Boxie for storage after our first experience was difficult and I was not disappointed.

I'm going on a trip for over three months and needed a place to store my belongings because I only have a couple of suitcases and some handbags. After considering many options, I saw that they offer storage units starting at 1 square meter and at very good prices, but what completely saved me was the free home pickup. That's what made me decide 100%. They came at the agreed time, and I'm personally very happy!

Excellent service from start to finish. Valentin and the team were professional, incredibly fast, and handled all of our belongings with great care. The whole process was smooth, stress-free. I highly recommend Valentin and the team to anyone looking for a reliable and careful moving and storage company.
