I had a very pleasant experience with boxie24. I was called quickly to arrange a pick up time that works for me. Pick-up went very smoothly and was called in advance to be let known the ETA. After the storage wasn’t needed anymore a drop-off day and time was arranged, even with the holidays. Ending the subscription went smoothly and without additional costs. I was also contacted afterwards by Michael to ask if there were any concerns, and I was always taken seriously. Furthermore the price is very reasonable in comparison to other storage units. I would definitely suggest this company to a friend. Thanks!

Everything was perfectly organized, appointments were kept, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Due to my own fault, I couldn't bring everything with me at the original appointment – ​​they quickly rescheduled everything to pick up the rest. I recently stored my belongings from my apartment at BOXIE24 because I'm going abroad for an extended period. The service beforehand was excellent, and they were very helpful with all my questions. The evening before the pickup day, I was promptly informed of their expected arrival time, and they arrived right on time. While loading the van, they helped me move everything, and they even helped with some wrapping for security. All in all, a great service at a very good price.
