Every new customer can rent storage space with us at a 50% discount. Your chosen minimum storage period determines how long you can lock in this reduced price:
  • 3 months: 50% discount for 1 month
  • 6 months: 50% discount for 3 months

The contract can be terminated on a monthly basis, after the minimum storage period has expired.

Even after I had a horrible experience with the delivery person (details below the review), I gave them 5 stars because they took care of the issue quickly and responsibly.
I used the storage for 6months and meanwhile I had pleasant communication with its staffs.
If anything goes wrong, feel free to talk to them. They are very helpful.

* Only issue I had is the delivery person. I believe boxie24 hired them so not belong to them (because the delivery person gave me business card if i need a moving company - which I throw it out after their horrible behavior).

First time, they forced me to pay them their coffee fees (tips). At that time I didn't have a cash so I couldn't.

Second, when I received my stuff, I provided exact address and they need trolley even it's ground floor because entrance is 50m away from parking lot.
But they just dropped my stuff on the wet floor (in the morning it was raining) and said they are busy and no time to deliver my stuff to the entrance.
They said "you don't pay to me so I don't have to listen what you request. This is ground floor". They don't understand where the money came from. They were talking for 10min to waste time & do nothing so
I took their trolley and start moving it myself and they followed me with a couple of boxes which didn't even take 2mins. But still left my two luggages, my drawers, and bicycle in the parking lot. They closed the door and left.

You know I prepared the extra tips that I couldn't give to them last time but unfortunately they ruined it and I don't regret that I didn't give to them last time.

They didn't took care of my drawers really well so it got scratches.

I wish Boxie24 find someone else so the guy doesn't devalue their amazing service.
