Hello everyone I have to say my time with boxy 24 has been awesome. I suffer severe depression and anxiety and a side effect of that is forgetfulness. I have been behind in my payments however my faithful customer service representative or supervisor I suppose Elmer has been nothing but awesome and he has always been helpful and supportive when I have requested help never a bad word out of his mouth he is nothing but professional but truly an employee who actually does care and is able to help and be empathetic towards customers who are having issues shame are the businesses and or the government don't run things and be as helpful as this gentleman he truly does go above and beyond.

Competitive pricing and overall good level of services, but have to say the guys handling the phone enquiries were exceptionally good. Handled all my sometimes not-so-straight-forward requests very professionally yet with touch of empathy and understanding, even though I wasn't particularly easy customer to deal with.
