Avoid this company. They are untrustworthy, unhelpful, dishonest and extremely unprofessional. They screw up, don’t answer emails and effectively blame their own mistakes on the customer.I put most of my belongings in storage 2 years ago and they either lost, damaged or one of their employees stole my set of speakers. Their customer support barely answers and when they do, they lie that I received them back. I did not. One of the worst, most dishonest and most utterly pathetic customer experiences in my life. And if you check other reviews sites, you’ll see I’m not alone in my experience. Never ever again, and I’m sharing this experience widely in my network now.The other reviews are praising them for the pickup. The pickup is fine and yes it’s cheap initially. The problem is when you expect to get your belongings back. Then good luck. And then it’s also not cheap anymore. Once you give them your stuff, you will no longer have direct access to it. You are relying entirely on them being trustworthy. In my case they were not. Check the Facebook and Trusted Shop reviews as well. It’s not just me.EDIT: The company's reply is disingenuous. My speakers were not inside any other box. They were stored entirely in their original packaging. The only box they could have been inside was one of the green Boxie24 crates that the company packed my stuff into themselves in the warehouse. I wrongly trusted that they had been placed inside one of these. They were not. Calling the handover paper a 'protocol' is also a stretch, since it only listed 'complete handover' in the itinerary section. The company should have referenced the itinerary both parties signed in 2020, since this listed everything they received, including my speakers. I am suspecting they deliberately kept it vague because they knew something was missing. It was my mistake to trust the company's integrity and sign this, but it was not my mistake that my speakers were lost, damaged or stolen by an employee of Boxie24 who has subsequently been untruthful about this fact. They say they try to help, but I got ONE reply in 14 days and counting. ONE.If you don't want bad reviews, maybe don't lose your customers' belongings and then effectively do nothing about it. I'm also not the only customer with this experience.
Sehr professionelle und super sympathische und völlig unkomplizierte Vereinbarung und Abwicklung. Bin begeistert wie unkompliziert und kosten-effizient Lagerung sein kann. Absolute Empfehlung!
Hat alles super geklappt. Sehr nette und kompetente Leute auf dem Fahrzeug. Alles lief ohne Komplikationen ab. Ideal wenn man selber kein fahrzeug oder die Leute zum anpacken hat.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

I love the free pickup. They were on time, very helpful, and kept in touch before they arrived to tell me they were on their way. Each time I've called, the person who answered was very helpful. And they speak English!

I would highly recommend Boxie24 for storage. They are really fast at replying, and able to organise pick up quickly and efficiently. I had to organise more items to be put into my current storage and they where able to collect and move into a bigger storage without any trouble. Friendly and easy to organise. They are able to communicate in German or English.
