I can never find a box that fits my TV, and every year they wrap it for me with no complaints. That kind of consistency and care is rare. One time, they even asked if I’d be willing to hold another student’s boxes overnight (with both of our consent) because she wasn’t able to make the pickup. This is the best moving/storage company I have ever used. I am so used to being scammed and manipulated by moving/storage services, but every time I contact them I am surprised at the friendliness and helpfulness of their service. They really have gone above and beyond and make it SO easy for you during stressful times of moving. I have used the Miami location services twice now, and the delivery people are so kind, respectful, and efficient. I’ve also talked with employee Adam a lot over the phone and he has truly gone above and beyond to help me as a costumer. Such a great company I highly recommend.
